Shoes may be worn within the 30 day period so you can get a feel for if they're right for you, returns within the 30 day window are eligible for exchange or refund even if the returning pair show signs of a thorough test drive. If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, just visit oofos.com/return at any time within 30 days of your order arriving and follow the instructions to create your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request, send them back to us, and your refund or exchange order will be completed once the original pair have been returned.
