Our mission at OOFOS is to make yOO feel better! If you aren’t quite feeling the OO, you may return your OOFOS.com purchase or exchange any OOFOS purchase (in-store, online or at an event) within 30 days of being delivered.
- We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied with your OOFOS.
- Apparel items such as clothing and hats must be unworn and unwashed, with hang tags attached. They must be in the original received condition in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Items marked as Sale are eligible for returns and exchanges.
- Once your return has been sent back and processed by our team, you will receive an email notification with confirmation of your refund or new exchange order.
- All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used for purchase. Expect your refund to be processed by your bank within 10 business days.
- 1- and 2-day shipping charges are non-refundable unless delayed by the carrier.
- OOFOS is not responsible for any non-OOFOS merchandise returned to our facility.
- Returns cannot be mailed to our warehouse without prior approval through the returns process outlined below. OOFOS is not responsible for any shipping charges or lost items that occur as a result of customers not following procedures outlined in policy instruction

IF PURCHASED IN-STORE OR THROUGH AN ONLINE RETAILER:
OOFOS purchased from a store or online retailer should be returned to the location they were purchased. If you’re unable to do so, we will gladly evaluate possible exchange options for a pair of the same value as verified by proof of purchase from an authorized seller. To qualify for an exchange, the shoes must be clean and free of wear as determined by our team. We are not able to offer refunds for items not purchased directly from OOFOS.com.
OOFOS products purchased from any social commerce site such as eBay or PoshMark are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claim, as we do not authorize our retailers to sell on the site and the products are sold by the general population.
