You can reset your password right from your OOFOS.com account page. As long as you've created an account on OOFOS.com previously, you can reset your password from the account page on our website at any time. Just click the green "Forgot password?" button, enter the email address used for your account, and you'll automatically receive an email with further instructions.
Didn't receive a password reset email?
- Sometimes it may take up to 10 minutes for the email to make its way to your inbox.
- Be sure to check your spam folder just in case it gets lost.
- It's possible you haven't created a rewards account with us yet. Try creating an account with the same email address and a new password. If you don't have an account, one will be created. If you do have an account, you'll receive a notification that the email address is already associated with an account, with an additional link to reset your password.
