To make sure our warehouse is able to get everyone's order out as quickly as possible, we aren't able to cancel or make adjustments to the size, style, shipping speed, billing address, or delivery address of an order once it has been placed in our system.
For a new size or style, we would be happy to help with a free return or exchange when your order arrives and get you into the right pair.
For an updated address, sometimes UPS and/or USPS may be able to assist once they're in possession of the package. Their support team can be reached by either logging into a UPS account here or calling UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877. If you are unsuccessful with UPS, in some cases your local Post Office may be able to assist you. We apologize that we are unable to do this on your behalf, for security reasons only the recipient can update this information. Please note some shipping options are limited by the stage in the shipping process, so we would advise reaching out as soon as you're able.
